Minute of Variation definition

Minute of Variation means a written agreement between the Parties to amend this Contract;
Minute of Variation means a Minute of Variation in terms of the Minute of Variation referred to in the Missives between Rank Xerox Limited and UK dated 22nd 28th and 29th July 1997;

  • Where the Parties have not entered into the Incremental Delivery Minute of Variation for reasons other than lack of availability of funding the following provisions apply: • Infraco's obligation to perform the priority works ceases; • Infraco works under the existing Infraco Contract are to recommence; • The Infraco will continue to transfer ownership of and receive payment for the Siemens materials and equipment to the Council.
