Mitchell Plant definition

Mitchell Plant means has the meaning ascribed thereto under “General Development of the Business – Three Year History – Fiscal 2021 – Regulated Services Group”.
Mitchell Plant means the Mitchell Power Generation Facility, which consists of the Units and associated plant, equipment, real estate and other related facilities, located in Moundsville, West Virginia, but excluding the real property and operation known as the Conner Run Fly Ash Impoundment and Dam.
