Mitigation Payment definition

Mitigation Payment has the meaning given to it in Section 10.3(b).

More Definitions of Mitigation Payment

Mitigation Payment means payment to or for the account of District in an amount equal to: (i) $18,391 for each Detached Unit, or (ii) $7,891 for each Attached Unit, subject in each case to the following adjustments.
