Mixed waste is defined as waste containing both a hazardous waste subject to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. Section 6901, et seq., as amended ("RCRA"), and a source, special nuclear, or by-product material subject to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, 42 U.S.C. Section 2011 et seq., as amended ("AEA").
