Section 19. In the event the parties to the Collective Agreement are unable to arrive at a solution to a grievance under Section 18, a mutually acceptable single arbitrator may be appointed to make a final decision with respect to the disposition of the grievance. If the parties cannot agree to this procedure, then Section 18 19 of the Collective Agreement shall apply.
Section 19. 2.3. Employees in the Building Maintenance category who have a renewable certificate 28 approved by the District in their area of responsibility shall receive seventy-five ($0.75) cents per hour in 29 addition to their regular salary as expressed on Schedule A. 31 Section 19.3. Employees shall be responsible for tuition costs associated with college credits and for 32 required books and materials.
Section 19. 4. Participation in the apprenticeship program shall be completely voluntary for all Assistants.

(a) by inserting, after the reference to "ADM" in the first line of Section 19.6(b), the words ", ADM Newco and Aber LP";
(b) by inserting, after the first reference to "ADC" in the third line of Section 19.6(b), the words "and QuebecCo"; and

Section 19. 01 The parties agree that Section 19.01 of the Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety and be replaced with the following:

Section 19. Section 1.9 of the License Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
Section 19. 1.1. A mechanic shall receive a tool allowance of $400.00 per year. The allowance shall 32 be on a reimbursable basis in accordance with District fiscal procedures. Employees hired prior to 33 September 1, shall receive the tool allowance at the beginning of each school year. Employees hired 34 after September 1, shall receive the tool allowance upon hire and annually thereafter on the 35 “anniversary” of their hire date. 36
Section 19. 2. The District agrees to reimburse employees for the cost of job-related licenses/renewals, 38 certifications/renewals, and/or degrees mutually agreed upon by the employee and the District or required 39 by the District. The District shall not be responsible for the cost to employees changing job descriptions 40 with required licenses, certificates, or degrees not required in their current position. 41 42 Section 19.2.1.
