Mobile Earth Station definition

Mobile Earth Station means an earth station in the mobile-satellite service intended to be used while in motion or during halts at unspecified points.
Mobile Earth Station means an Earth Station used to provide MSS while in motion, during halts at unspecified points, or at any specified point within a particular area;
Mobile Earth Station. (“MES”) means a mobile earth terminal or “MET” (i.e., a hand-held portable, or other mobile terminal capable of receiving and/or transmitting Domestic Communications by satellite), and includes a mobile earth terminal capable of receiving and/or transmitting Inmarsat services.
