The BANK shall not be liable in case a Mobile Operator does not transmit in time or does not ensure the transmission of an SMS message at all, as well as in cases when individual SMS messages will not be sent or received by the CLIENT due to circumstances independent of the BANK (power outage, earthquakes and other disasters and force majeure circumstances).
