Opera Mobile Browser definition

Opera Mobile Browser means any browser released by Opera (alone or in conjunction with one or more third parties) which is Opera branded, Opera co-branded or third party branded and which is a browser for Devices or any other wireless mobile device, excluding any Opera Mini Browser and including but not limited to: (i) the browser known as at the Effective Date as ‘Opera Mobile’ (as such browser may be re-branded, updated or succeeded from time to time); (ii) the browser known as ‘Opera Coast’ (as such browser may be re-branded, updated or succeeded from time to time); and (iii) any version of ‘Opera Mobile’ or ‘Opera Coast’ which has been customised as a result of an arrangement or agreement between Opera and a Mobile Operator.
Opera Mobile Browser means a version of the standard Opera Mobile web browser in the Russian, English or other local language.
Opera Mobile Browser means any standard version of the mobile web browser in the Russian, English or other local language and named “Opera Mobile” as of the Effective Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Opera Mobile Browser” would also include any standard version of any mobile web browser, however re-named or re-branded, that replaces or is intended to replace the web browser described in the first sentence of this section 1.1.3.” The following definitions are hereby added to the Section 1 of the Agreement and shall be read as follows:

Examples of Opera Mobile Browser in a sentence

  • Any such Opera Desktop Browser, Opera Mobile Browser or Opera Mini Browser that Opera subsequently allows such Third Party Distributor to distribute shall not include any of the Google Products and/or Brand Features (and, for the purposes of this Agreement, shall be deemed to be an Excluded Opera Browser).

  • Opera will prepare and deliver to Yandex (unless it has already been prepared and delivered under the Previous Agreement) a Customized Opera Mobile Browser for all mobile platforms where the agreed customizations are possible to be distributed by Yandex in the Territory.

  • Opera shall issue separate invoices for (i) Revenue generated by Referral Traffic in the Opera Desktop Browser, the Opera Desktop Next Browser and the Customized Opera Desktop Browser and (ii) Revenue generated by Referral Traffic in the Opera Mini Browser, the Opera Mobile Browser, the Opera Mini Next Browser, the Opera Mobile Next Browser, the Customized Opera Mini Browser, and the Customized Opera Mobile Browser.

  • Opera reserves the right to control the remaining speed dial bookmarks on the front page of the Customized Opera Mobile Browser for the purpose of performing agreements with its partners effective in the Territory.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • Mobile Phone means an individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled mobile hardware device of a user, supporting the Content Protection Responsibilities and Obligations, generally receiving transmission of a program over a transmission system designed for mobile devices such as GSM, UMTS, LTE and IEEE 802.11 (“wifi”) and designed primarily for the making and receiving of voice telephony calls. Mobile Phone shall not include a Personal Computer or Tablet.

  • Network Operator means the provider of the Network.

  • Automobile service station means a building or structure or part thereof open to the public where motor vehicles are washed, serviced, repaired, fueled, leased, sold or displayed and may include, but are not limited to a gas bar, car wash, body shop or general or specialty repair shops;

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Mobile means any mobile delivery technology including 3G, 3.5G, 4G, 5G cellular technology, and any subsequent generation technology, edge, DVBH or DMB which is or may be used with radio frequency spectrum in any band, to enable or facilitate transmission of textual material, data, voice, video and/or multimedia service to any device (whether now known or hereafter developed) which is capable of receiving and/or sending voice and/or data and/or video communications by means of a device which is designed primarily as a portable device.

  • Workstation means the area within a procedure area where a practitioner performs body art. The workstation includes, but is not limited to, the client chair or table, counter, mayo stand, instrument tray, storage drawer, and practitioner's chair.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Waterworks System or “system” means a system of pipes and structures through which water is obtained and distributed, including but not limited to wells and well structures, intakes and cribs, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks, pipelines and appurtenances, or a combination thereof, actually used or intended for use for the purpose of furnishing water for drinking or household purposes.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Mobile Devices means battery-operated, handheld electronic personal communication devices, such as, or similar to, cellular telephones, smart phones, PDAs, or pagers, including such devices that are primarily marketed for purposes other than playing electronic games, even if such devices incorporate game-playing functionality, such as, or similar to, Apple’s iPhone or Research In Motion’s Blackberry.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.
