  • Subscriber shall be entitled to use the mobile number allocated by Operator in order to use for communication through telephone including the use of Value Added Service and any types of service relating to Mobile Phone Service specified and currently provided by Operator and may create in the future.

  • If You have received a discounted Handset on Your Mobile Phone Service plan, then You may be liable for further early termination fees.

  • If You cancel the Mobile Phone Service before the term of any fixed contract term for Your Service has expired, We can charge an early termination fee equal to the monthly fixed charge for each month remaining in Your term or $400, whichever is less.

  • The terms and conditions relating to Your specific Mobile Phone Service will set out whether any such early termination fees are applicable.

  • Operator provides the Mobile Phone Service for Subscriber who applies for or submits the Application Form and enters into the Agreement with Operator.

  • The Cardholder shall be responsible for all fees, charges and expenses, including without limitation charges for overseas usage, which may be imposed by the Mobile Phone Service Provider in servicing the Cardholders telecommunications equipment in connection with the use of Mobile Banking Service.

  • Telephone Service means calls (including voice, voicemail and conference and data calls), supplementary services (including call forwarding and call transfer) and messaging and multi-media services (including short message services, enhanced media services and multi-media services);

  • Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) means telephone service for the transmission of human speech.
