Added Service definition

Added Service means a service that Contractor may perform for USAC that is not specified in the Scope of Work part of the Contract.

Added Service. A Service that is not included in the then current definition of Services that Vendor performs for USAC pursuant to an amendment to the MSA executed by both Parties.

Added Service means the adding of certification for chemical dependency levels of care to an existing certified agency at an approved location. See WAC 388-805-020, certification requirements for a branch agency or added service.

• If a position is left empty or RON gets the majority then nominees will apply for the role to the chairperson and then at the next general meeting someone from those who applied for the role must be voted in (nominee doesn’t need to be present to this meeting to fill the role.) By the end of the Annual General Meeting the position of the chairperson must be filled.

• Moreover, Operator shall be liable with Value Added Service Partner to Subscriber for the damage which incurred from providing Value Added Service.

• Subscriber shall be entitled to use the mobile number allocated by Operator in order to use for communication through telephone including the use of Value Added Service and any types of service relating to Mobile Phone Service specified and currently provided by Operator and may create in the future.
