Mobile RDC Card definition

Mobile RDC Card means a Service Account that is a general purpose reloadable stored value card we have issued to you and that is eligible for use in connection with the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service.

  • By following our procedures for the transmission of check images through the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service and otherwise furnishing information necessary to execute Service transactions, you authorize us to credit deposits to your Mobile RDC Account or load funds to your Mobile RDC Card, as applicable, as provided in the terms of this Agreement.

  • Such alternative means will be governed by the terms of the agreement governing your Mobile RDC Account or Mobile RDC Card, as applicable, and not by the terms of the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, and subject to the requirements of applicable law or regulation, funds from any check transmitted through the Service will be available after final payment with respect to the check is made by the drawee of the check, and any credit of funds to your Mobile RDC Account or Mobile RDC Card before that time is provisional.

  • In any event, and notwithstanding any funds availability option you may elect, we reserve a right of chargeback to your Mobile RDC Account or Mobile RDC Card, as applicable, in the event of any dishonor or nonpayment by the drawee institution, and we reserve the right to charge all applicable fees in the event of such dishonor or nonpayment and/or any resulting chargeback (including, but not limited to, returned deposit item fees and overdraft fees).

  • You agree that you will use the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service only to scan and transmit images of “checks”, as that term is defined in Reg CC, for a deposit to your Mobile RDC Account or to load funds to your Mobile RDC Card.

  • Also, the terms of your Mobile RDC Account or Mobile RDC Card agreement, as applicable, regarding your responsibility to timely review statements and transaction histories and to report errors and discrepancies remain in full force and effect and apply to transactions made through the Service.

  • Such confirmation confirms only the receipt of the image and does not confirm that the transmission was complete or error free, or that the amount of the check will be finally collected from the drawee institutions and/or credited to your Mobile RDC Account or loaded to your Mobile RDC Card.

  • When you use the Service to load funds to your Mobile RDC Card, you agree that we, at our option, may handle the transaction in part as a check cashing transaction.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service allows you to make deposits to a Mobile RDC Account and/or to load funds to a Mobile RDC Card by using your Wireless Device and the functions within our Mobile Banking Service application to scan checks and to transmit the images of the checks and associated data to us.

  • If we determine to handle the transaction in this manner, you acknowledge and agree that you are authorizing and requesting us to cash the check you transmit to us and then to load the funds from that transaction to your Mobile RDC Card.

Related to Mobile RDC Card

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Mobile App means the mobile application made available to you by the Bank or its service provider through which you may obtain information regarding, and otherwise manage, your Account.

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module (a card containing identifying information) which enables a Handset to access the Network.

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.

  • User Name means any user name allocated to the Customer for access to the Services;

  • Mobile Phone means an individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled mobile hardware device of a user, supporting the Content Protection Responsibilities and Obligations, generally receiving transmission of a program over a transmission system designed for mobile devices such as GSM, UMTS, LTE and IEEE 802.11 (“wifi”) and designed primarily for the making and receiving of voice telephony calls. Mobile Phone shall not include a Personal Computer or Tablet.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Service or "CMRS" means commercial mobile radio service regulated under section 3 of title I and section 332 of title III of the communications act of 1934, chapter 652, 48 Stat 1064, 47 USC 153 and 332, and the rules of the Federal Communications Commission or provided under the wireless emergency service order. Commercial mobile radio service or CMRS includes all of the following:

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Weapon-free school zone means school property and a vehicle used by a school to transport students to or from school property.

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Mobile Devices means battery-operated, handheld electronic personal communication devices, such as, or similar to, cellular telephones, smart phones, PDAs, or pagers, including such devices that are primarily marketed for purposes other than playing electronic games, even if such devices incorporate game-playing functionality, such as, or similar to, Apple’s iPhone or Research In Motion’s Blackberry.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Mobile Device means a computing device, typically smaller than a notebook, which runs a mobile operating system, such as iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. Mobile Devices include smart phones, most tablets, and other form factors.

  • Game ticket or "ticket" means an acceptable evidence of Play, which is a ticket produced in a manner that meets the specifications defined in the rules of each Selling Lottery and Rule 31 (Play Validation) and is a physical representation of the Play or Plays sold to the player or is a properly and validly registered ticketless transaction Play.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Special mobile equipment means a vehicle not designed for the transportation of persons or

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • Mobile equipment means any of the following types of land vehicles, including any attached machinery or equipment:

  • Double Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in two or more distinct phases that requires the product container be shaken before use to mix the phases, producing an emulsion.
