Modified Report definition

Modified Report means a Report of the Calculation Agent setting forth the results of any applicable calculations required in connection with a Modified Borrowing Request.
Modified Report means the design of the firm’s system of quality control created a condition in which the firm did not have reasonable assurance of complying with professional standards or that the firm’s degree of compliance with its quality control policies and procedures did not provide it with reasonable assurance of complying with professional standards. A report modified due to scope limitations specifically related to compilations would not be considered modified for the purposes pursuant to these rules.

  • Covenant Compliance Certificate means a properly completed and executed Covenant Compliance Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit X hereto.

  • Officer’s Compliance Certificate means a certificate of the chief financial officer or the treasurer of the Borrower substantially in the form attached as Exhibit F.

  • Tax Compliance Certificate as defined in Section 5.9.2(b)(iii).

  • Financial Statement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.05 hereof.

  • Discharge Monitoring Report or "DMR" means the EPA uniform national form, including any subsequent additions, revisions, or modifications, for the reporting of self-monitoring results by permittees.

  • Compliance certification means a submission to the department or the U.S. EPA, as appropriate, that is required under section 8 of this rule to report a NOx budget source’s or a NOx budget unit’s compliance or noncompliance with this rule and that is signed by the NOx authorized account representative in accordance with section 6 of this rule.

  • Compliance Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit D.
