MOM Mortgage Loan definition

MOM Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan as to which MERS is acting as mortgagee, solely as nominee for the originator of such Mortgage Loan and its successors and assigns.
MOM Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan where the related Mortgage names MERS as the original mortgagee thereof, as to which a MIN has been assigned, and which Mortgage has not been assigned to any other person;
