Monthly Advance definition

Monthly Advance. The portion of each Monthly Payment that is delinquent with respect to each Mortgage Loan at the close of business on the Determination Date required to be advanced by the Company pursuant to Section 5.03 on the Business Day immediately preceding the Remittance Date of the related month.
Monthly Advance. With respect to each Remittance Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the Monthly Payment (with the interest portion of such Monthly Payment adjusted to the Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate) that was due on the Mortgage Loan on the Due Date in the related Due Period, and that (i) was delinquent at the close of business on the related Determination Date and (ii) was not the subject of a previous Monthly Advance, but only to the extent that such amount is expected, in the reasonable judgment of the Servicer, to be recoverable from collections or other recoveries in respect of such Mortgage Loan. To the extent that the Servicer determines that any such amount is not recoverable from collections or other recoveries in respect of such Mortgage Loan, such determination shall be evidenced by a certificate of a Servicing Officer delivered to the Master Servicer setting forth such determination and the procedures and considerations of the Servicer forming the basis of such determination.
Monthly Advance. An advance of principal or interest required to be made by the applicable Servicer pursuant to the related Servicing Agreement or the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 6.05.

Examples of Monthly Advance in a sentence

  • The determination by the Servicer that it has made a nonrecoverable Monthly Advance or Servicing Advance, or that any proposed Monthly Advance or Servicing Advance would be a nonrecoverable advance, shall be evidenced by an Officer’s Certificate of the Servicer delivered to the Master Servicer and the NIMS Insurer.

  • Such sum represents a two (2) month prepaid security deposit (“Prepaid Deposit”) and the Monthly Advance Payment for the first month stay at the Facility.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing clauses (viii) and (ix), no Monthly Advances or Servicing Advances shall be required to be made by the Servicer if such Monthly Advance or Servicing Advance would, if made, be, in the Servicer’s reasonable judgment, nonrecoverable.

More Definitions of Monthly Advance

Monthly Advance. The aggregate amount of the advances made by the Servicer on any Remittance Date pursuant to and as more fully described in Section 6.03.

To the extent that the Servicer determines that any such amount is not recoverable from collections or other recoveries in respect of such Mortgage Loan, such determination shall be evidenced by an Officer’s Certificate of a Servicing Officer delivered to the Master Servicer and the NIMS Insurer setting forth such determination and the procedures and considerations of the Servicer forming the basis of such determination.

Monthly Advance. As to any Loan or REO Property, any advance made by a Servicer in respect of any Determination Date or in respect of any Distribution Date by a successor Servicer (including the Master Servicer) or by the Master Servicer or Trustee pursuant to Section 4.4 of this Agreement (which advances shall not include principal or interest shortfalls due to bankruptcy proceedings or application of the Relief Act or similar state or local laws).
