Money Market IBOR Loan definition

Money Market IBOR Loan means a loan to be made by a Bank pursuant to a IBOR Auction (including, without limitation, such a loan bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Article VIII).
Money Market IBOR Loan means a loan in Dollars made by a Bank pursuant to a IBOR Auction (including, without limitation, such a loan bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Article VIII).

  • Money Market Absolute Rate Loan means a loan to be made by a Bank pursuant to an Absolute Rate Auction.

  • Money Market Loan means a Money Market LIBOR Loan or a Money Market Absolute Rate Loan.

  • Money Market Lending Office means, as to each Bank, its Domestic Lending Office or such other office, branch or affiliate of such Bank as it may hereafter designate as its Money Market Lending Office by notice to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent; provided that any Bank may from time to time by notice to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent designate separate Money Market Lending Offices for its Money Market LIBOR Loans, on the one hand, and its Money Market Absolute Rate Loans, on the other hand, in which case all references herein to the Money Market Lending Office of such Bank shall be deemed to refer to either or both of such offices, as the context may require.

  • Money Market means one or more wholesale funding markets available to the Bank, including domestic negotiable certificates of deposit, eurodollar deposits, bank deposit notes or other appropriate money market instruments selected by the Bank.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Daily Rate.” All Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Money Market Yield means a yield (expressed as a percentage) calculated in accordance with the following formula: Money Market Yield = D x 360 x 100 360 – (D x M) where “D” refers to the applicable per annum rate for commercial paper quoted on a bank discount basis and expressed as a decimal, and “M” refers to the actual number of days in the applicable Interest Reset Period.

This Addendum is several and not joint by Customer. State Street has developed and utilizes proprietary accounting and other systems in conjunction with the services that State Street provides to the Customer. In this regard, State Street maintains certain information in databases under its control and ownership that it makes available to its customers (the “Remote Access Services”). The Services State Street agrees to provide the Customer, and its designated investment advisors, consultants or other third parties who agree to abide by the terms of this Addendum (“Authorized Designees”) with access to State Street proprietary systems as may be offered from time to time (the “System”) on a remote basis. Security Procedures The Customer agrees to comply, and to cause its Authorized Designees to comply, with remote access operating standards and procedures and with user identification or other password control requirements and other security devices and procedures as may be issued or required from time to time by State Street for use of the System and access to the Remote Access Services. The Customer is responsible for any use and/or misuse of the System and Remote Access Services by its Authorized Designees. The Customer agrees to advise State Street immediately in the event that it learns or has reason to believe that any person to whom it has given access to the System or the Remote Access Services has violated or intends to violate the terms of this Addendum and the Customer will cooperate with State Street in seeking injunctive or other equitable relief. The Customer agrees to discontinue use of the System and Remote Access Services, if requested, for any security reasons cited by State Street and State Street may restrict access of the System and Remote Access Services by the Customer or any Authorized Designee for security reasons or noncompliance with the terms of this Addendum at any time.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance or a Term Loan Advance denominated in Dollars or in an Agreed Currency which bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(b) or a Local Currency Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(b) and the Local Currency Addendum.

  • Money Market Security shall be deemed to include, without limitation, certain Reverse Repurchase Agreements, debt obligations issued or guaranteed as to interest and principal by the government of the United States or agencies or instrumentalities thereof, any tax, bond or revenue anticipation note issued by any state or municipal government or public authority, commercial paper, certificates of deposit and bankers' acceptances, repurchase agreements with respect to the same and bank time deposits, where the purchase and sale of such securities normally requires settlement in federal funds on the same day as such purchase or sale.

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • LIBOR Loan means any portion of a Loan (other than a Base Rate Loan) bearing interest at a rate based on LIBOR.

  • Base Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Base Rate Loans.

  • Fixed Rate Loans means Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market Loans (excluding Money Market LIBOR Loans bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)) or any combination of the foregoing.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Reference Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Reference Rate.
