Monies means, collectively, all monies, cash, foreign currencies and credits in which the Grantor now or hereafter has an interest;

  • During the continuance of an Event of Default the Collateral Agent (as directed by the Administrative Agent) shall invest and reinvest such Monies as fully as practicable in Specified Eligible Investments selected by the Administrative Agent maturing not later than the earlier of (i) thirty (30) days after the date of such investment (unless putable at par to the issuer thereof) or (ii) the Business Day immediately preceding the next Payment Date (or such shorter maturities expressly provided herein).

Monies means all cash, payments, Permitted Investments and other amounts (including instruments evidencing such amounts) on deposit in or credited to any Account.
