Funds definition

Funds means financial assets and benefits of every kind, including, but not limited to:
Funds shall refer to those Fund(s) for which the Sub-Advisor provides investment management services and as are listed on Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Examples of Funds in a sentence

  • Funds of each Series formed under the Company may be deposited with banks or other financial institutions in such account or accounts of the Company as may be determined by the Manager from time to time.

More Definitions of Funds

Funds means the Funds listed on Schedule 1 collectively.
