Monsanto Management Director definition

Monsanto Management Director means a Director or Calgene Director who is designated for such position by Monsanto in accordance with Section 4.1 hereof and who is or was an employee of Monsanto.

Related to Monsanto Management Director

  • Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.

  • Management Director means a Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who shall have the powers and duties to manage the business and affairs of the Company and exercise its powers to the extent set forth in this Agreement, the Certificate and the Act.   • Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.

  • Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.

  • Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Chairman-cum-Managing Director means Chairman-cum-Managing Director of any of the Subsidiary Companies of Coal India Limited, presently Central Coalfields Limited, Eastern Coalfields Limited, Western Coalfields Limited, Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited, South Eastern Coalfields Limited, Northern Coalfields Limited and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited.

  • Management Board means the management board of the Company.

  • Grant Manager means CalRecycle staff person responsible for monitoring the grant.

  • county executive committee member means the county executive committee member responsible for matters relating to land;

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Deputy Chairman means the Non-Executive Director appointed by the Council of Governors to take on the Chairman’s duties if the Chairman is absent for any reason.
