Monsanto Technology definition

Monsanto Technology means Intellectual Property that is Controlled by Monsanto, determined as of the date of the applicable Technology License Notice (as defined below).
Monsanto Technology has the meaning set forth in Section ------------------- 6.1(b).
Monsanto Technology means information, data, know-how and technology which has to do with LEPIDOPTERAN RESISTANCE in cotton including, but not limited to, information and technology relating to cells and seeds of cotton plants, LEPIDOPTERAN-ACTIVE ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇(S), DNA sequences and probes therefor, transformation methodology, tissue cultures, assays, residue analyses, regeneration and selection procedures, plant genetic constituents, vectors useful in transforming such genetic constituents, construction and use of such vectors, B.T. TOXIN and its role in plants and registration approvals.
