Interest payable on the Loans shall be payable in arrears (i) on each Monthly Payment Due Date; and (ii) upon any prepayment of the Loans, whether voluntary or mandatory, to the extent accrued on the amount being prepaid.
In connection with such repayment made with respect to such reallocation (to the extent such repayment is required), the Borrower shall pay (i) all interest due on the amount repaid to the date of repayment on the immediately following Monthly Payment Due Date and (ii) any amounts due pursuant to Section 2.6(d) as a result of such reallocation occurring on any date other than Monthly Payment Due Date.
