Monthly Usage Fee definition

Monthly Usage Fee means for any month (or part month) during the Term from the Relevant Date, the fee calculated by Signifo representing the number of Active Users during that month multiplied by Price per Active User.

Examples of Monthly Usage Fee in a sentence

  • In the event of termination by Licensee or by Licensor for Licensee’s material breach, Licensee shall pay the full Monthly Usage Fee (regardless if usage was below the Monthly Minimum) and any usage fees that exceed the Monthly Minimum for the month in which notice of termination was provided.

  • During the Term of this Agreement and on a monthly basis, Portworx will charge or invoice Licensee a Monthly Usage Fee as defined hereafter.

  • On the first day of the calendar month after the initial pay-as-you-go Software month and each month renewed thereafter, Portworx will charge the full Monthly Usage Fee on a monthly basis.

  • If Portworx approves Licensee for credit terms (i.e. a monthly invoicing option), Portworx will invoice Licensee for the Monthly Usage Fee monthly in arrears and Licensee shall pay the Monthly Usage Fee within 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which Monthly Usage Fee applies.

  • If the Effective Date is a date other than the first day of a calendar month, there shall be proration of the amount of the Monthly Usage Fee due for such partial month.

  • Monthly Usage Fee shall be paid by Licensee to Licensor, in advance, on or before the 1st of each month.

  • The number of website visitors will be reviewed monthly and the Monthly Usage Fee will be adapted (increased or decreased based on the number of active end users) as outlined in SCHEDULE A “Agreement”.

  • Licensee shall pay the Monthly Usage Fee monthly in arrears and such payment is due immediately at the end of the calendar month in which the Monthly Usage Fee applies.

  • Such fees will be equal to 50 % of Payer’s Monthly Usage Fee (based on Payer’s selected Usage Plan) but will not reduce any other Fees.

  • After the expiration of the Initial Term, DACRA reserves the right to modify the Monthly Usage Fee pricing by providing You a minimum of 120 days advanced written notice before such price change goes into effect.
