Mooring Fees definition

Mooring Fees means the price for the Mooring applicable to the Boat as notified to you by us, which we may change from time to time; ‘Mooring Period' means, the period during which you may moor the Boat at the Mooring Site (notified to you by us) which may renew in accordance with condition 13.1 and 13.6 of the Agreement;
Mooring Fees means fees payable in connection with any boat utilizing a semi-permanent anchorage installation (consisting of a heavy anchor or block or mooring buoy) within Provincetown Harbor, which shall include all fees shall be payable pursuant to Section 10A of Chapter 91 of the Massachusetts General Laws, which authorize a city or town to charge a reasonable fee in connection with the mooring of boats.
Mooring Fees means the fees payable to the Council for the use of a mooring as detailed in the Council’s Schedule of Dues and Charges.

Examples of Mooring Fees in a sentence

  • You must follow the instructions for showing that you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement including the Winter Mooring Fees.

  • Any Winter Mooring Fees we may have received from you at the time of your application for a Winter Mooring Permit would be returned to you without deduction.

  • The Renewal Notice shall set forth any changes or modifications to this Agreement or the Vessel and Mooring Rules (as defined below), the amount of Mooring Fees (as defined below) due for the applicable Boating Season, and such other information, in Lessor’s sole discretion, as Lessor shall determine.

  • Lessee shall lose its right to the Slip(s), and this Agreement shall immediately terminate and Lessee shall forfeit all of its rights hereunder, in the event the Mooring Fees are not received by Lessor as required herein or in the Renewal Notice, as the case may be.

  • In turn Lessor is obligated to provide prompt notification to Lessee of any adjustment to the Mooring Fees and/or Rental Rate, with such adjustment made in Lessor’s sole and absolute discretion.

Related to Mooring Fees

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Processing Fee means the amount to be paid by the Tenderers in consideration of cost of bid document.

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • Handling Fee means the fee payable per Ticket transaction or order, charged in addition to the Face Value of the Ticket, for the processing and delivery of Tickets in that transaction or order (including United Kingdom value added tax thereon);
