Mortgage Documentation definition

Mortgage Documentation means, in the case of any Individual Mortgage and any Corporate Mortgage, the documents listed in Schedule 2 or such other documents as may have been used in connection with such Mortgages, the use of which the Administrator shall have certified to the Trustee that, in its reasonable opinion, would not adversely affect the then current ratings of the Notes.
Mortgage Documentation has the same meaning as in the Mortgage Sale Agreement;
Mortgage Documentation means, in the case of any Individual Mortgage and any Corporate Mortgage, the documents listed in Schedule 2 or such other documents as may have been used in connection with such Mortgages, the use of which (in the reasonable opinion of PML as Administrator) would not adversely affect the then current ratings of the Notes.
