Mortgage Loan Approval Code definition

Mortgage Loan Approval Code. The mortgage loan approval code, set forth in Part III of Exhibit F, placed by Custodian on a Certification Report to notify Purchaser that Custodian's review of the applicable items in a Submission Package is complete and that such items satisfy all the applicable requirements set forth in Section 4(a) and Section 4(b).
Mortgage Loan Approval Code shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Custodial Agreement.

Examples of Mortgage Loan Approval Code in a sentence

  • If Custodian is in possession of a Submission Package, and determines, pursuant to Section 4(a) and 4(b), that such Submission Package is complete, Custodian shall issue to Purchaser a Mortgage Loan Approval Code.

  • All applicable documents comprising a Submission Package relating to a Mortgage Loan with respect to which Custodian has assigned a Mortgage Loan Approval Code shall be delivered by Custodian in such reasonable order as Custodian may determine, via overnight courier in accordance with the Delivery Instructions on the applicable Delivery Date and under cover of a fully completed Bailee Letter prepared by Custodian.

  • Custodian hereby acknowledges that each time it enters the Mortgage Loan Approval Code or a Certification Report, it is making an express representation and warranty to Purchaser that it has performed the Certification as specified in Sections 4(a) and (b) with respect to the related Mortgage Loan.

Related to Mortgage Loan Approval Code

  • Mortgage Documents With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the mortgage documents required to be delivered to the Custodian pursuant to each Custodial Agreement.

  • Mortgage Loan Schedule shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Mortgage Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement, dated as of February 14, 2020, between the Borrower, as borrowers, and the Original Lenders, as lender, as the same may be further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, subject to the terms hereof.

  • Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.

  • Second Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Second Mortgage Loan A Home Equity Loan which constitutes a second priority mortgage lien with respect to the related Property.

  • Conforming Mortgage Loan means a first lien Mortgage Loan originated in accordance with the criteria of an Agency for purchase of Mortgage Loans, including, without limitation, conventional Mortgage Loans, as determined by Buyer in its sole discretion.

  • Lender PMI Mortgage Loan Certain Mortgage Loans as to which the lender (rather than the borrower) acquires the Primary Insurance Policy and charges the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Owner Mortgage Loan File A file maintained by the Custodian for each Mortgage Loan that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(a) and any additional documents required to be added to the Owner Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • MERS Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan registered with MERS on the MERS System.

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan as to which, at the time of origination, a Letter of Credit was issued in favor of the initial holder of such Mortgage Loan.

  • UCC Financing Statements means collectively the Lender Financing Statements and the Lessor Financing Statements.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Countrywide Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Countrywide is the applicable Seller.

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Loan Schedule The schedule, as amended from time to time, of Loans attached hereto as Exhibit D, which shall set forth as to each Loan the following, among other things:

  • Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
