CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File. A data file substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Special Servicer Loan File” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be adopted by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions; provided that, to the extent that such other form contemplates such additional information, such other form must be reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicers.

Examples of CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File in a sentence

  • Not later than 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the first Business Day following each Determination Date following the earliest date on which any Mortgage Loan has become a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, the applicable Special Servicer shall prepare and deliver or cause to be delivered to the applicable Master Servicer the CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, providing the required information as of such Determination Date.
