Mortgage Loan Portfolio definition

Mortgage Loan Portfolio means, at any time, collectively the portfolio of Mortgage Loans held directly by or on behalf of the Partnership.
Mortgage Loan Portfolio means a portfolio of one or more commercial mortgage loans or residential mortgage loans;
Mortgage Loan Portfolio means, at any time, collectively (i) the portfolio of Mortgage Loans held directly by or on behalf of the Partnership, and (ii) the portfolio of US Mortgage Loans held by or on behalf of the Master Fund.

  • The Covered Bond Guarantor can predict neither when nor where such regional economic declines may occur nor to what extent or for how long such conditions may continue but if the timing and payment of the Mortgage Loans in the Mortgage Loan Portfolio is adversely affected as described above, the ability of the Covered Bond Guarantor to make payments under the Covered Bond Guarantee could be reduced or delayed.
