Mortgage Note Agreements definition

Mortgage Note Agreements means, collectively, those certain Note Agreements, each dated as of December 12, 1991, between the Operating Partnership and each of the respective purchasers of the Mortgage Notes, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time and in effect.
Mortgage Note Agreements means the Note Agreements, dated as of May 31, 1989 and amended as of January 1, 1991, April 22, 1993, September 1, 1993, May 20, 1994, June 15, 1995, May 31, 1996, April 15, 1997 and January 15, 1999, providing for the issuance and sale of $160,000,000 original aggregate principal amount of the 11-1/8% First Mortgage Notes of the Facilities Subsidiary to the purchasers listed in the schedule of purchasers attached thereto.
Mortgage Note Agreements and “Mortgage Notes”, are hereby deleted in their entirety.
