Motor vehicle rental definition

Motor vehicle rental means obtaining a motor vehicle by contract or other arrangement from a commercial source for less than 120 continuous days.
Motor vehicle rental means a building structure where motor vehicles are kept for rent, lease or hire under agreement for compensation.
