Examples of Motorcycling Activity in a sentence

  • Should I receive medical advice or treatment during a Motorcycling Activity, including at the Medical Centre, I hereby consent to the relevant information being disclosedto the relevant Motorcycling Organisations (including without limitation the Chief Medical Officer) and to ensure my ongoing care and in the interest of publicsafety at the Motorcycling Activity.

  • No child may participate in any Motorcycling Activity whatsoever without complying with this clause.

  • Where there is a pregnant participant in a Motorcycling Activity there may be risks in relation to that participant and their unborn child over and above the risks to other participants.

  • Where a child participates in a Motorcycling Activity an indemnity must be signed by: A the child and the child’s parent, or B any adult person accompanying the child to the activity or having control over the child and authorised by the child's parents or legal guardians by way of signed permission.

  • Any party defending the cause who has obtained the Greffier’s certificate shall, within 24 hours of having done so, give notice of the fact to the petitioner and to any other party defending the cause.

Categories of Medical Marijuana Concentrate include Water-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, Food-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, Solvent-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, and Heat/Pressure- Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate.
