Motorist services means a busi- ness which provides one (1) or more of the following services: gas, food, lodging, camp- ing, or twenty-four- (24-) hour pharmacy. Motorist Services shall only be associated with the Logo and TODS programs. The business must also meet the following crite- ria:

  • Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.

  • Maritime agency services means activities consisting in representing, within a given geographic area, as an agent the business interests of one or more shipping lines or shipping companies, for the following purposes:
