Mountain Pass Facility definition

Mountain Pass Facility means the mineral and chemical manufacturing facility owned by Molycorp Minerals and located in Mountain Pass, California.
Mountain Pass Facility means the rare earth mine, mill, processing, storage, shipment and related facilities known as the Mountain Pass Mine in unincorporated Xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx.
Mountain Pass Facility means the rare earth mining and processing operations, facilities and other infrastructure and related assets located in Mountain Pass, California and owned by the Company’s Material Subsidiary, Molycorp Minerals, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
