MSC Subsidiary definition
MSC Subsidiary means a wholly-owned Subsidiary incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the State of Delaware for the purpose of holding Investments as a Massachusetts security corporation under 830 CMR 63.38B.1 of the Massachusetts tax code and applicable regulations (as the same may be amended, modified or replaced from time to time).
MSC Subsidiary has the meaning assigned in Section 7.7.
MSC Subsidiary means AVEO Securities Corporation, a Massachusetts corporation, which is a Subsidiary of Borrower that has applied or is in the process of applying to be classified as a “security corporation” under Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 63, Section 38B(a), as amended, supplemented and/or modified.

MSC Subsidiary means Codiak Securities Corporation, a wholly-owned Subsidiary incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the State of Delaware for the purpose of holding Investments as a Massachusetts security corporation under 830 CMR 63.38B.1 of the Massachusetts tax code and applicable regulations (as the same may be amended, modified or replaced from time to time).
MSC Subsidiary means Kaleido Biosciences Securities Corporation, a wholly-owned Subsidiary incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the State of Delaware for the purpose of holding Investments as a Massachusetts security corporation under 830 CMR 63.38B.1 of the Massachusetts tax code and applicable regulations (as the same may be amended, modified or replaced from time to time).
MSC Subsidiary means Karyopharm Securities Corp., a Massachusetts securities corporation and a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company or any successor entity that is a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of Company that qualifies as a “security corporation” under 830 CMR 63.38B.1 of the Massachusetts tax code and applicable regulations (as the same may be amended, modified, or replaced from time to time) and identified as such to the Administrative Agent from time to time.
MSC Subsidiary means Viridian Securities Corporation, a wholly-owned Subsidiary incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the purpose of holding Investments as a Massachusetts security corporation under 830 CMR 63.38B.1 of the Massachusetts tax code and applicable regulations (as the same may be amended, modified or replaced from time to time).
