MSEDCL Representative means the person appointed by MSEDCL to act as Representative for the purposes of the Contract and named as specified, or other person appointed from time to time by MSEDCL and notified as such to the Contractor.
Personal representative means the person or persons who, upon the disability or incompetence of a Participant, shall have acquired on behalf of the Participant, by legal proceeding or otherwise, the power to exercise the rights or receive benefits under this Plan and who shall have become the legal representative of the Participant.
Representative means with respect to a particular Person, any director, officer, manager, employee, agent, consultant, advisor, accountant, financial advisor, legal counsel or other representative of that Person.
District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Governing Board of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
Union Representative means a representative from the Union authorized by the Union to act on behalf of an Employee.

Legal representative means a person who in law represents the estate of a deceased person, and includes any person who intermeddles with the estate of the deceased, and, where a party acts in a representative character, the person on whom the estate devolves on the death of the party so acting;
County Representative means the individual obligated to perform the duties of county representative under section 9.
