MSRP definition

MSRP shall refer to the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price, as published by the OEM. “Make” shall refer to the OEM company name of a Vehicle Model (e.g., Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge).
MSRP means, with respect to any Vehicle, the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price for such Vehicle.
