Multiple Voting Shares definition

Multiple Voting Shares means the multiple voting shares in the capital of the Corporation;
Multiple Voting Shares means multiple voting shares in the capital of the Company.
Multiple Voting Shares means the multiple voting shares of the Corporation, each of which carries 100 votes and is convertible, in certain limited circumstances, into 100 Subordinate Voting Shares;

  • Whether or not fractional Subordinate Voting Shares are issuable upon such conversion shall be determined on the basis of the total number of Multiple Voting Shares the holder is at the time converting into Subordinate Voting Shares and the number of Subordinate Voting Shares issuable upon such aggregate conversion.

  • Before any holder of Multiple Voting Shares shall be entitled to convert the same into Subordinate Voting Shares, the Board of Directors (or a committee thereof) shall designate an officer of the Company to determine if any Conversion Limitation set forth in Section 2(f)(iii) or 2(f)(vi) shall apply to the conversion of Multiple Voting Shares.

  • The initial “Conversion Ratio” for shares of Multiple Voting Shares shall be fifteen (15) Subordinate Voting Shares for each Multiple Voting Share; provided, however, that the Conversion Ratio shall be subject to adjustment as set forth in Sections 2(g) and 2(h).
