The Multiplex Licensee’s exercise of its right to suspend this Agreement or power down or suspend the Multiplex Transmission Service (as the case may be) does not prejudice any other right or remedy available to it (including any concurrent or subsequent right to terminate this Agreement).
The Multiplex Licensee agrees to provide the Access Seeker with the Multiplex Transmission Service to enable that Access Seeker to obtain an Excess-Capacity Access Entitlement that it may acquire.
