Access Undertaking means the access undertaking (if any) together with any amendments thereto from time to time, dealing with the subject matter of this Agreement given or submitted by ARTC and approved by the ACCC under Division 6 of Part IIIA of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth);
