municipal area means the area of jurisdiction of the municipality demarcated in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Demarcation Act 1998 (Act No 27 of 1998);
Municipal Act means the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as amended;
Municipal Property means all property, including lands and buildings, owned, controlled or managed by the Municipality within the Municipal Service Area;
General Assets shall have the meaning given it in Section 3.6(a) hereof;
Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations.
Municipal waste means solid waste that includes garbage, refuse, and trash generated by households, motels, hotels, and recreation facilities, by public and private facilities, and by commercial, wholesale, and private and retail businesses. The term does not include special waste or industrial waste.
Municipal bond means a bond or evidence of indebtedness issued by a municipality or other political subdivision of a state.
Physical Assets means equity securities, debt securities, fixed income securities and units in exchanged traded funds.
Municipal Pay Point means any municipal office in the area of jurisdiction of the Municipality designated by Council for such purposes, or any such other places as the Chief Financial Officer may from time to time designate.
Securitization Property means the property described in section 10j.
municipal debt instrument means any note, bond, debenture or other evidence of indebtedness issued by a municipality, including dematerialised or electronic evidence of indebtedness intended to be used in trade;
Additional Assets means (1) any property or other assets used or useful in a Similar Business, (2) the Capital Stock of a Person that becomes a Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer as a result of the acquisition of such Capital Stock by the Issuer or another Restricted Subsidiary or (3) Capital Stock constituting a minority interest in any Person that at such time is a Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer; provided, however, that any Restricted Subsidiary described in clause (2) or (3) above is engaged in a Similar Business.
Municipal security means a secu- rity that is a direct obligation of or issued by, or an obligation guaranteed as to principal or interest by, a State or any political subdivision thereof, or any agency or instrumentality of a State or any political subdivision thereof, or any municipal corporate in- strumentality of one or more States or political subdivisions thereof.
Covered Municipal Building means a building or facility that is owned or occupied by the Town that is 1,000 square feet or larger in size.
Municipal Code means the Municipal Code of Chicago.
Municipal Act, 2001 means the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as amended;
movable property means property of every description except immovable property;
Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.
Government Property means all property owned or leased by the Government. Government property includes both Government-furnished and Contractor-acquired property. Government property includes material, equipment, special tooling, special test equipment, and real property. Government property does not include intellectual property and software.
immovable property shall have the meaning which it has under the law of the Contracting State in which the property in question is situated. The term shall in any case include property accessory to immovable property, livestock and equipment used in agriculture and forestry, rights to which the provisions of general law respecting landed property apply, usufruct of immovable property and rights to variable or fixed payments as consideration for the working of, or the right to work, mineral deposits, sources and other natural resources; ships, boats and aircraft shall not be regarded as immovable property.
Municipal means of or relating to a municipality.
Municipal Property Rates Act means the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (Act No. 6 of 2004);
Initial assessed value means the assessed value, as equalized, of all the taxable property within the boundaries of the development area at the time the resolution establishing the tax increment financing plan is approved as shown by the most recent assessment roll of the municipality for which equalization has been completed at the time the resolution is adopted. Property exempt from taxation at the time of the determination of the initial assessed value shall be included as zero. For the purpose of determining initial assessed value, property for which a specific local tax is paid in lieu of a property tax shall not be considered property that is exempt from taxation. The initial assessed value of property for which a specific tax was paid in lieu of a property tax shall be determined as provided in subdivision (w).
Special Assessments means any of the following, except as otherwise provided in subsection (6):
Material Assets means with respect to any Person all Material interests in any kind of property or asset, whether real, personal or mixed, or tangible or intangible.
Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.
