A Municipal License Holder has one (1) year from the date of issuance to meet all stipulations of the Municipal License.

An Applicant or Municipal License Holder has a duty to notify the City in writing of any pending criminal charge, and any criminal conviction of a felony or other offense involving a crime of moral turpitude by the Applicant, any owner, principal officer, director, manager, or employee within ten (10) days of the event.
