Municipal Solid Waste Management Services Agreement definition

Municipal Solid Waste Management Services Agreement or “MSA” shall mean the Agreement between MIRA and a Participating Municipality for the processing and disposal at the Facilities of Acceptable Solid Waste and/or Acceptable Recyclables generated by the Participating Municipality within its boundaries.

Municipal Solid Waste Management Services Agreement means any contract between CRRA and a Participating Municipality for the disposal of the Participating Municipality’s Acceptable Solid Waste or the recycling of its Acceptable Recyclables (or both) by the Connecticut Solid Waste System.

Examples of Municipal Solid Waste Management Services Agreement in a sentence

  • It is intended that these procedures be consistent with the Municipal Solid Waste Management Services Agreement and with the applicable provisions of law.

  • Solid waste management facility means the same as that term is defined in Section 19-6-502.

  • Waste management means the collection, transport, recovery and disposal of waste, including the supervision of such operations and the after-care of disposal sites, and including actions taken as a dealer or broker;

  • Hazardous Waste Management Facility means, as defined in NCGS 130A, Article 9, a facility for the collection, storage, processing, treatment, recycling, recovery, or disposal of hazardous waste.

  • Solid Waste Disposal Site means, as defined in NCGS 130A-290(a)(36), any place at which solid wastes are disposed of by incineration, sanitary landfill, or any other method.

  • Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);

  • Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.
