MUS Interest definition

MUS Interest means all legal and beneficial title to the equity interests, assets, rights or other interests of whatever kind and nature (other than consideration received by Codexis subject to Codexis’ payment obligations to MUS pursuant to Section 5.2.1 above) of the Energy Affiliate or Third Party in an amount equal to [*] of each asset, interest or right held, acquired or obtained by the Codexis Entity(ies) in connection with any event, transaction or series of transactions described in Section 5.10(a) above.

  • Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
