Muscle Field definition

Muscle Field means the discovery, development, supply and/or commercialization of products (except MuSK and/or Agrin) or processes that diagnose, prevent and/or treat conditions in humans and animals associated with the promotion or
Muscle Field means the diagnosis, prevention and/or treatment of conditions in humans and animals associated with the promotion or protection of skeletal muscle mass or function (including, without limitation, the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of muscle atrophy), as set forth in the Collaboration Agreement between the Parties dated the 11th day of December, 1996.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Commercialize or “Commercialization” means the marketing, promotion, sale (and offer for sale or contract to sell), distribution, importation or other commercial exploitation (including pricing and reimbursement activities) for a Product in the Territory. Commercialization shall include commercial activities conducted in preparation for Product launch.

  • Vaccine means a specially prepared antigen which, upon administration to a person, will result in immunity and, specifically for the purposes of this rule, shall mean influenza and pneumococcal vaccines.

  • Commercialized shall have corresponding meanings.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Opioid antidote means any drug, regardless of dosage amount or method of administration, which has been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of an opioid overdose. “Opioid antidote” includes, but is not limited to, naloxone hydrochloride, in any dosage amount, which is administered through nasal spray or any other FDA-approved means or methods.

  • Assistive technology means the devices, aids, controls, supplies, or appliances described in OAR 411-300-0150 that are purchased to provide support for a child and replace the need for direct interventions to enable self-direction of care and maximize independence of the child.

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • Biological Samples means any physical samples obtained from Study Participants in accordance with the Protocol for the purposes of the Study.
