Commercialize definition

Commercialize or “Commercialization” means the marketing, promotion, sale (and offer for sale or contract to sell), distribution, importation or other commercial exploitation (including pricing and reimbursement activities) for a Product in the Territory. Commercialization shall include commercial activities conducted in preparation for Product launch.
Commercialize means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.
Commercialize means to engage in Commercialization.

Commercialize and “Commercializing” shall have their correlative meanings.
Commercialize has a correlative meaning.
Commercialize means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.
Commercialize means activities directed to obtaining pricing and reimbursement approvals, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing, exporting, using, offering for sale, or selling a Licensed Product, and carrying out Phase 4 Trials commenced after First Commercial Sale of a Licensed Product anywhere in the world.
