Commercialize definition

Commercialize or “Commercialization” means the marketing, promotion, sale (and offer for sale or contract to sell), distribution, importation or other commercial exploitation (including pricing and reimbursement activities) for a Product in the Territory. Commercialization shall include commercial activities conducted in preparation for Product launch.
Commercialize means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.
Commercialize means to engage in Commercialization.

  • Jade shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts (a) to Develop and seek Regulatory Approval for at least one Jade Product in the Field in the United States and at least one other Major Market Country, and (b) upon receipt of Regulatory Approval for a given Jade Product in a given country, to Commercialize such Jade Product in such country, in each case ((a) or (b)) either by itself or through its Affiliates or Sublicensees or its or their respective contractors.
