Musical Compositions means that portion of all right, title and interest in and to any musical composition (whether published or unpublished, registered or unregistered) which is owned by or licensed to Company, including, without limitation, all rights to: (a) the exploitation thereof in the form of sheet music, orchestrations, folios, compilations, songbooks and other forms of print; (b) the exploitation thereof as embodied in Records; (c) the inclusion of performances thereof in motion pictures, videotapes and other audiovisual works; and (d) the granting to third parties of the right to perform such musical compositions publicly, world-wide.

Musical Compositions means that portion of all right, title and interest in and to any musical compositions (whether published or unpublished, registered or unregistered), which is owned by or licensed to the Borrower or any Guarantor, or in which Borrower or any Subsidiary or Guarantor has any economic interest, including, without limitation, all rights to (a) the exploitation thereof in the form of sheet music, orchestrations, folios, compilations, songbooks and other forms of print, (b) the exploitation thereof as embodied in Records, (c) the inclusion of performances thereof in motion pictures, videotapes and other audiovisual works and (d) the granting to third parties of the right to perform such musical compositions (including, without limitation, on screen, stage or other means) publicly, world-wide or within any particular territory.

• GIBM and DeLonge hereby agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to have Third Party Publishers grant TTS AAS licenses in respect of Musical Compositions for Licensed Products on reasonable commercial terms, provided, it shall not be a breach of this Agreement if any DeLonge Party is unable to grant or secure a grant of such licenses.

Musical Compositions means that portion of all right, title and interest in and to any musical composition (including the underlying Copyrights) (whether published or unpublished, registered or unregistered), which is owned and/or controlled by or licensed to the Borrower or any Subsidiary, or in which the Borrower or any Subsidiary has any economic interest, including, without limitation, all rights to (a) the lyrics (in any language), themes, titles, musical underscores, bumpers, cues and arrangements, adaptations, editions, and translations, in each case, embodied in or derived therefrom, (b) the exploitation thereof in the form of sheet music, orchestrations, folios, compilations, songbooks and other forms of print, (c) the exploitation thereof as embodied in Records, (d) the inclusion of performances thereof in motion pictures, videotapes and other audiovisual works, and (e) the granting to third parties of the right to perform such musical composition (including, without limitation, on screen, stage or other means) publicly, world-wide or within any particular territory.

Musical Compositions means all of any Assignor's right, title and interest in and to all musical compositions (whether published or unpublished, registered or unregistered, presently existing or created or acquired in the future) which is owned or controlled, in whole or in part, by any Assignor or any of their respective Subsidiaries, or with respect to which any Assignor has any right to receive royalties or other proceeds, including, without limitation, all rights to: (a) the exploitation thereof in the form of sheet music, orchestrations, folios, compilations, songbooks and other forms of print; (b) the exploitation thereof as embodied in Records; (c) the inclusion thereof in motion pictures, videotapes and other audiovisual works; (d) the granting to third parties of the right to perform publicly such musical compositions by any and all means, throughout the universe; and (e) any other royalty or royalty interest of any Assignor, payments and other monies and valuable consideration, regardless of how denominated, now or hereafter owing to any Assignor or hereafter derived from the exploitation (including, without limitation, the license and/or sale) thereof.

Musical Compositions. (as hereinafter defined), trademarks (other than the “Reserved Trademarks” (as hereinafter defined)), patents, patent applications, inventions, developments and processes which the Executive during the Employment Period may develop which may reasonably be expected to be usable by a Restricted Operation in the ordinary course of its business shall belong to Company and/or the relevant Restricted Operation.
