Mutual Aid Agreements definition

Mutual Aid Agreements means those existing and future agreements between public agencies, including the State, which have been developed to ensure a comprehensive and effective response to fires, disasters, and medical calls within the jurisdictions of the Member Agencies and other fire, disaster, and medical emergencies.
Mutual Aid Agreements means the establishment of appropriate arrangements with EMS systems of other states for the provision of emergency medical services on a reciprocal basis.

  • The Parties shall ensure that the County and/or the Sheriff are parties to any Mutual Aid Agreements, cost share agreements, or other agreements that apportion any Wildland Fire expenses to the County and/or the Sheriff and those agreements shall comply with State law.

  • The terms and provisions herein contained constitute the entire agreement by and between the County and the Fire Department and shall supersede all previous communications, representation or agreement, either oral or written between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof; except, that this paragraph shall not be construed to supersede any existing and applicable Mutual Aid Agreements.

  • Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting an EMS agency from entering into other Mutual Aid Agreements with neighboring EMS agencies in other counties or states.

  • All previously entered into Regional Mutual Aid Agreements are superseded by this Agreement.

  • It is understood by County and Contractor that this agreement is outside the scope of Mutual Aid Agreements.

  • The Borough and Company will honor and participate on all automatic responses and Mutual Aid Agreements entered into by either party.

  • In this regard and when available and resources allow, the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide EMS Service to the southern district of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County and other areas in the same manner in responding to emergency and non-emergency events and the needs of existing Mutual Aid Agreements.
