Māori Fisheries Act definition

Māori Fisheries Act means the Māori Fisheries Act 2004.

  • Societies Act means the Societies Act of the Province of British Columbia from time to time in force and all amendments to it;

  • Cannabis Act means An Act respecting cannabis and to amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Criminal Code and other Acts, S.C. 2018, c. 16, as amended from time to time.

  • Third Parties Act has the meaning given to it in Clause 1.5 (Third party rights).

  • CARES Act means the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, as amended.

  • WHS Act means the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2011 (NT) and includes subordinate legislation made under that Act including regulations and approved codes of practice as well as any amendment, re-enactment or replacement of such Act ; and

  • OHS Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004;

  • Charities Act means the Charities Act 2011;

  • Public Works Act means the Public Works Xxx 0000;

  • Gaming Machines Act means the Gaming Machines Act 2001 and any regulation made under the Gaming Machines Act 2001. Any reference to a provision of the Gaming Machines Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Gaming Machines Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.

  • Public Utilities Act means the Illinois Public Utilities Act, 220 ILCS 5.

  • the Companies Act means the Companies Act 1981 of Bermuda as may from time to time be amended;

  • PPS Act means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).

  • Liquor Act means the Liquor Act 2007 and any regulation made under the Liquor Act 2007. Any reference to a provision of the Liquor Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Liquor Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.

  • Structures Act means the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act, 1998 (Act No. 117 of 1998);

  • Gas Act means the Belgian Gas Law concerning the transportation of gaseous and other substances by pipeline of 12 April 1965, as amended from time to time.

  • Companies Act means the Companies Act, 71 of 2008;

  • Cayman Companies Act means the Companies Act (as revised) of the Cayman Islands.

  • the 1983 Act means the Representation of the People Act 1983;

  • Securities Act means the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

  • the 1985 Act means the Companies Act 1985;

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 as may be amended from time to time;

  • Foreign Corrupt Practices Act means the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the United States, 15 U.S.C. Sections 78a, 78m, 78dd-1, 78dd-2, 78dd-3, and 78ff, as amended, if applicable, or any similar law of the jurisdiction where the Property is located or where the Company or any of its Subsidiaries transacts business or any other jurisdiction, if applicable.

  • Depositories Act means The Depositories Act, 1996 and shall include any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof.

  • the 1991 Act means the Water Industry Act 1991(a);

  • Restricted use pesticide means any pesticide or device which, when used as directed or in accordance with a widespread and commonly recognized practice, the director determines, subsequent to a hearing, requires additional restrictions for that use to prevent unreasonable adverse effects on the environment including people, lands, beneficial insects, animals, crops, and wildlife, other than pests.

  • FOI Act means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under this Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in relation to such legislation;
