NACCO Stockholders definition

NACCO Stockholders. Agreement” means the Stockholders’ Agreement, dated as of March 15, 1990, as amended, by and among NACCO and PNC Bank, N.A. (as successor depository), as depository, and the Participating Stockholders (as such term is defined therein), as amended from time to time.
