Named Insured definition

Named Insured means the person or organization named in Item 1 of the Declarations.

Named Insured means the entity named in the Policy Declaration.

• Waiver of Subrogation: The insurer(s) named above agree to waive all rights of subrogation against the Solano County Water Agency, its elected or appointed officers, officials, agents, authorized volunteers and employees for losses paid under the terms of this policy which arise from work performed by the Named Insured for the Solano County Water Agency; but this provision applies regardless of whether or not the Solano County Water Agency has received a waiver of subrogation from the insurer.

• If the Named Insured cancels, earned premium shall be computed using the customary short rate table, subject to the Minimum Earned Premium at Inception shown in Item 5.

• The Named Insured may cancel this policy by mailing or delivering to the Company advance written notice of cancellation.
