Named Insured definition

Named Insured means the person or organization named in Item 1 of the Declarations.

Named Insured means the entity named in the Policy Declaration.

• The original insurance policy restricted to the Lender as Named Insured is provided at least eight (8) days before the beginning of the extended term.
