Named Insured Member definition

Named Insured Member means only the following:

Named Insured Member means a member of the InsuraGuest Risk Purchasing Group, LLC to whom a Certificate of Coverage has been issued and is considered a Named Insured under this policy.

Named Insured Member means the person(s) or entity(ies) who have come insured under the policy as shown in our records and as evidenced by the issuance of a Certificate of Coverage to that member by us, but only as respects to the Event Type described in the Certificate of Coverage issued to the “Named Insured Member”.

  • Written notice of claim given by or on behalf of the Named Insured Member to the local Office of the Company, or to any authorized official of the Company providing information sufficient to identify the Insured Member shall be deemed notice to the Company.
