Examples of Named Officers in a sentence
The officers of the Company, all of whom shall be natural persons, shall consist of a Chairman, a President, one or more Vice Presidents, if elected, a Secretary and a Treasurer ("Named Officers"), and any other officers and agents as the Board of Managers may designate from time to time.
Such officers shall hold office until their successors are elected and qualified, or until such office is eliminated by amendment of this Agreement, in the case of the Named Officers, or by action of the Board of Managers, in the case of officers other than Named Officers.
